Application To the ARB for Home Improvement

If you plan to do any exterior home renovation, an application must be submitted to the Architectural Review Board (ARB). You can download a copy of the "Application For Addition/Alteration" and submit it to:

Please click on the "Download File" below to print and save a copy of the appropriate "Application For Addition/Alteration" form. The first one is if you are employing a licensed contractor to do your work. The second is if you are doing the work yourself or with an unlicensed handyman. The third application is for painting the exterior of your home. An application must be submitted for any exterior work done to your home.
